She’s the newest Kardashian kid on the block.
Kylie Jenner is plunking down $ 2.7 million for a sprawling Los Angeles pad right down the street from half-sisters Kourtney and Khloe Kardashian, TMZ reports.
Jenner, 17, inked the deal on the five-bedroom, 4,900 square-foot Calabasas pad with a little help from momager Kris, though sources said the majority of the cash came from her own pocket, the site said.
The youngest member of the Kardashian-Jenner mob is a prominent face on “Keeping up with the Kardashians,” which is in its 10th season and reportedly earns the family $ 10 million per year.

She’s also worked as a model, shares a clothing line with sister Kendall and recently released her own clip-in hair extension line.
The stone and stucco pad in the gated The Oaks community also features a home theater, a pool and six bathrooms, according to Realtor.com.
Kylie’s been in the news recently over her rumored romance with rapper Tyga.
Last week, Kanye West appeared to confirm the chatter, praising the 25-year-old rapper for getting in “early” with the raven-headed teen millionaire.
The rapper, meanwhile, again danced around the topic during an interview with Edgar (Shoboy) Sotelo on New York’s WBMP radio early Tuesday, saying the two were merely close friends.
“I love her as a person, for sure,” Tyga said.
