Malibu, CA, United States (4E) – The estranged husband of Khloe Kardashian , Lamar Odom, reportedly told Bruce Jenner that he supports the transition of his father-in-law to a woman and that he loves him no matter what.

Jenner’s tell-all interview with ABC’s Diane Sawyer is set to air this Friday. Although there is not much information as to what the two-hour long show is about, fans of the former Olympian expect that he will finally talk about his gender transition.

The 35-year-old former NBA player might not be in good terms with his wife but he is still treating Jenner like his father-in-law. A source shared that Odom has been in constant communication with the 65-year-old and was one of the people who supported Jenner in the many transition processes he has gone through.

The source added that Odom visited Jenner a couple of times in his Malibu mansion and that he always checked on the former Olympian to make sure that Jenner was feeling well. The reason behind Odom being very supportive is because he sees Jenner as his father figure. Jenner always gave advices and shared his wisdom to Odom in the past.

Odom admires Jenner and he thinks that his father-in-law has all the right to do whatever he wants with his life. Kardashian’s estranged husband also feels that Jenner will be happy with his decisions in the near future.

The former NBA player also told the former Olympian more than once that he can count on him because the reality star from the show “Keeping Up With The Kardashians” was there for Odom when he and Kardashian had problems with their marriage.

Meanwhile, ABC released another teaser clip regarding “Bruce Jenner : The Interview” and Jenner was seen asking Sawyer about how his story would end. In the 30-second clip, Jenner’s face was much clearer than the other videos released in the past weeks.

“Bruce Jenner : The Interview” will air this Friday at 9 P.M. on ABC.
