Lady Gaga keeps it flashy in black while exiting Pump Restaurant on Friday (April 18) in West Hollywood, Calif.
The 29-year-old entertainer was seen hugging owner Lisa Vanderpump before hopping into her chauffeured car. As she was about to leave, a cop approached her driver with a ticket for an unknown violation. Watch the video below!
