Chris Martin heads into the Carlyle Hotel with a mystery blonde woman on Thursday afternoon (August 20) in New York City.
Queen Latifah revealed the night before that the 38-year-old Coldplay singer gave her a $100,000 gift recently… and she didn’t even know who he was at first!
Latifah sat next to Chris at a charity event recently and one of Alicia Keys‘ pianos was put up for auction. He suggested that they start the bidding together and they eventually won.
“We get it up to like $150,000 for the piano,” she said on Jimmy Kimmel Live. “He pays $100,000 on the piano, I pay 50. He gives me the piano. He is the salt of the earth as far I’m concerned.”
