Khloé Kardashian was pretty badly shaken after Lamar Odom ambushed her at her SoulCycle class on August 12, but she is also concerned for the mental state of her ex-husband.
“Khloé is still very upset about the incident,” says a source close to the Keeping Up with the Kardashians star. “But she’s also worried about Lamar. He is clearly not well.”
Lamar has since angrily denied ‘ambushing’ Khloe, telling TMZ that the meeting was prearranged. Futhermore he denies the altercation ever happened. “Nobody got hassled, nobody got grabbed on, nobody got followed, none of that happened,” he said.
However, sources close to Khloé urge people not to listen to Lamar and that the Keeping Up With Kardashians star most certainly had not arranged the meet-up with Lamar.
And really, Lamar, how do you expect us to believe Khloé asked you to meet her at 6:30 a.m. during a SoulCycle class? Please.
Khloé says that she does not feel physically threatened, but rather she is concerned about Lamar.
Really, we can’t disagree, clearly Lamar has not been taking his divorce from Khloé well. In fact, his life has been in a downward spiral since the couple originally split back in 2013 after being together 4 years.
“The Lamar thing is a tragedy,” says a source with KUWTK production. “He had such a solid happy relationship with Khloé. And then he just went off the deep end. It was like a switch flipped. No one knew what was happening. It’s all so sad.”
Many close friends are urging Khloé to file for a restraining order against her ex-husband who is known to have problems with drug addiction; but the source says that the reality star has not made a decision regarding this issue.
All Khloé really wants is for closure and to move forward with her life. She is already dating NBA player James Harden, 25.
“Khloé is living her life. She just wishes Lamar would do the same,” the source said.
