Oh, Ben. We know you’re looking to connect with the younger crowd, but this may not be the best way to go about it.
Ben Carson hit the campaign trail in New Hampshire this week and showed off a lighter side of himself. While recounting a childhood story of throwing rocks at cars and running from the police, the Republican Presidential candidate made an joke saying, “That was back in the day before they would shoot you.”
After hearing grumbles from the crowd, Carson tried to save face stating, “I’m just kidding, you know they wouldn’t do that.”
