Khloe Kardashian is once again displaying her unbelievably tiny waist in a new photo on Instagram. The trick to her incredibly small midsection? A waist trainer, of course.

Obviously, the reality star is being paid to advertise the product and some fans pointed that out. Another wrote: "Killing your organs doing this."
